HyperMILL 5 Axis

Course Aim

The course is aimed at upskilling CADCAM programmers in 5Axis simultaneous machining cycles to manufacture complex 3D parts using state of the art CADCAM technology.

 

Overview

This course covers an advanced level of 5-Axis parts applications to result higher efficiency.

The course is suitable for customers with or looking to acquire hyperMILL CAD/CAM software.

Target Audience

The course is suitable for those who have:

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Creating file folders, copy and paste etc.
• Ideally have completed Part 1 and part 2 course. If not must have an excellent understanding of hyperMILL software. 
• Knowledge of 2.5D and 3D modeling is an advantage but not essential
• A excellent understanding of CNC machining is preferred

• Why and when to use 5X cycles when programming complex 3D parts
• Understand how to use and when to use 5X cycles depending on the part geometry
• Understand how to programme complex parts for manufacture using advanced simultaneous 5X cycles.
