Chris Judge, Head of Machining Technologies, IMR

Chris is the Head of Machining Technologies at Irish Manufacturing Research. His expertise lies in his experience growing an advanced technology and modern precision engineering company in a fast-paced environment. Chris has extensive experience within the precision engineering sector working with technologies from CNC machining, and abrasive waterjet cutting to EDM. Researches and implements new and emerging technologies to ensure companies always stay competitive in their market sector. Chris is currently leading a number of research programs and is involved in EU-funded research programs within the Irish precision engineering space.

Paul Moisy, Project Manager, Dawnlough

Paul is a mechanical engineer with experience in process design and implementation within the manufacturing sector. He is currently investigating contemporary process development and integration methodologies, aimed at facilitating Industry 4.0 growth within organisations. Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and big data form a key focus for his work. Paul works for Dawnlough Ltd, an aerospace and medical device manufacturing company on the west coast of Ireland, where he works closely with the leadership team to target, plan and manage strategic process / cultural change control within the organisation.
