# Chatter-free Machining – Optimise your CNC Machines with Tap Testing

Cutting Tool Optimisation: Reduce Vibration, Extend Tool Life & Boost Efficiency

In manufacturing, CNC machines have optimum milling parameters, i.e. feeds and speeds that, when optimised correctly, can produce the highest quality components.

Machining outside these parameters can negatively impact your tool life and part quality, which is commonly heard as machine chatter and seen as poor surface finish on the finished part.

By performing tap testing, the chatter of your CNC machine can be determined, and you can optimise your cutting parameters to:

- Improve tool life by up to 20%
- Reduce cycle time by up to 25%
- Reduce chatter
- Improve part quality and surface finish

**Details:**

- Date: Friday, 11th of April
- Time: 10:30 - 11:00 am

**Who should attend:**

This webinar is tailored for precision engineering companies, CNC machinists, precision engineers, and manufacturing leaders in industries like Aerospace, MedTech, and Precision Engineering looking to maximise tool performance and eliminate costly vibration issues.

Hear how manufacturers are already benefiting from this optimisation.
