Andrew serves on numerous high-profile boards and committees, including the EFFRA Made in Europe Partnership Board, the EUREKA SMART Manufacturing Board of Directors, and the ManuFuture High Level Group. He also chairs the ManuFuture ETP Working Group and is on the Academic Advisory Board of the UK’s Smart Manufacturing Digital Hub. In Ireland, he is a board member of the Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre of Excellence (AMTCE) and participates in several executive steering committees, including Ingenuity and ATiM Cluster. Additionally, Andrew is the founding chair of the Irish National Steering Committee on Collaborative Robotics and a founding member of the National Advisory Board for the Digital Manufacturing Futures Centre (AIM) and the FutureCAST Technology Centre on Construction.

As an expert in manufacturing policy, Andrew contributes to key international directives such as the ManuFuture Vision 2030 and the EFFRA Made in Europe program. His expertise extends to the ManuFuture ETP Strategic Working Group Initiatives, the ECSEL LIASE I4 Whitepaper on the Future of Manufacturing, and the ECS SRA. He holds an honours degree in Biochemistry, a first-class Master’s in Environmental Analytical Chemistry, and a PhD in Engineering. Andrew is happily married with two adored daughters.

Martin’s experience spans over 40 years, with 25 years in Senior Management Positions. He had a vision and determination for a Lean & Digitalisation culture, carefully partnering with the right providers for his company and began this journey in 2020.

The company is part of the global Bijur Delimon group with facilities all over the globe. The Irish site has been located in Ennis, Co. Clare since 1972. Bijur Delimon has been a global leader in the design and manufacture of various fluid dispensing products and systems for light-duty operations.

Gael is a Senior Smart Industry Advisor and Certified SIRI Assessor practitioner, with over 34 years of experience in Manufacturing across MNCs & SMEs.

His experience is at a local and a Global level and includes TPM with expertise across three main building blocks: Process, Technology and Organisation.
